Terms for using
TirelessCrew.
These are the terms that apply when you use TirelessCrew — what you agree to when you connect an account, add credit, and hand work to a crew member. Plain language, no decoding required.
Seventeen short sections covering accounts, connected services, credits, approvals and liability.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
What changed: added section 5A on organization plans, deleting an organization and refunds on yearly plans.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the TirelessCrew website at tirelesscrew.com and to the TirelessCrew service. TirelessCrew is operated from California, United States.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.
Our application at app.tirelesscrew.com may present additional or updated terms when you create an account. Where those terms and these differ, the terms you accept in the application govern your use of the application.
2. What TirelessCrew does
TirelessCrew provides AI workers, which we call crew members, that carry out repetitive work you describe inside accounts you choose to connect. A crew member can act only within the accounts you have connected, pauses to ask you when a job needs a human decision, and records what it did on every run.
The service is provided as it stands. We do not promise that a crew member will produce a particular result, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make on the basis of its work.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you are using TirelessCrew on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Connected accounts
You choose which accounts to connect, and you can disconnect them at any time. A crew member can reach only the accounts you have connected and nothing else.
Each customer’s connected credentials are encrypted separately. Our support team cannot read them.
You confirm that you have the right to connect each account and to allow work to be carried out in it. If an account belongs to an employer, a client or another person, it is your responsibility to have their permission.
Your use of a connected service remains subject to that service’s own terms. We are not responsible for a third-party service changing, restricting or withdrawing access.
5. Credits, cost and payment
TirelessCrew is paid for with credit you add in advance. Organizations are also billed on a monthly or yearly plan, described in section 5A.
The cost of a job is checked and reserved before any work starts. If your balance does not cover it, the job does not run. Spending cannot exceed the balance you have added.
Every run shows its exact cost when it finishes. If you cancel a run while it is working, it stops at the next safe point and you are charged only for the work already carried out.
Credit is for use of the service and is not a deposit or a stored-value instrument. Unless the law requires otherwise, credit you have added is not refundable, though we will always look at genuine billing errors — contact us at [email protected].
Prices may change. Any change applies to work carried out after the change, never retrospectively.
5A. Organization plans
An organization runs on a plan billed monthly or yearly, charged in advance for each billing period. It renews automatically until you delete the organization. A plan cannot be cancelled on its own; you end it by deleting the organization.
Deleting an organization. You can delete an organization from Organization → Settings by typing its name to confirm. It and its data are removed straight away, and this cannot be undone. Your agents and their past runs stay in your account.
Monthly plans. Billing continues to the end of the current billing period and then stops. No further charges are made, and the current period is not refunded.
Yearly plans. Billing ends at the end of the current calendar month. We count the months you have used at the monthly price for the same plan, with a month you have started counting as a full month, and refund the difference between that and what you paid for the year to your original payment method. If the months used come to as much as you paid, or more, no refund is due. We never charge more than you have paid. Refunds usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
Before you confirm a deletion, we show you the date billing ends and the amount of any refund.
6. Approvals and automated action
Crew members are designed to stop and ask you before anything that needs judgement or is difficult to reverse. When a job pauses, it waits for your answer and then resumes from that point.
You are responsible for the instructions you give and for the approvals you grant. If you approve an action, you accept its consequences. If you would rather a category of work always came to you first, set the job up that way.
7. Custom crew members
Where a job needs something built to your own process, we offer a custom crew member. Setup starts at $149. The setup fee covers the build; the work it then carries out is charged per job in the usual way.
Anything we build for you is delivered for your use within the service. The underlying platform, tooling and know-how remain ours.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TirelessCrew to: break the law or infringe anyone’s rights; send unsolicited bulk messages; impersonate another person or organisation; access accounts you are not entitled to access; or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
You also agree not to use the service to make decisions that require professional licensing — medical, legal or financial advice among them — without appropriate human review.
We may suspend or end access that breaches this section.
9. Your content and data
Material you upload or connect stays yours. You give us the permission we need to process it in order to run the jobs you ask for, and for no other purpose.
We do not sell your data. How we handle personal information on this website is set out in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to use the material you provide, including anything containing another person’s personal information.
10. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults can all interrupt it.
We may change, add to or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Crew members act on instructions and on the material available to them. Their output can contain mistakes. Work that matters should be reviewed by a person before you rely on it.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TirelessCrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data.
Our total liability arising from or connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, from material you provide, or from your lack of authority over an account you connected.
14. Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using TirelessCrew at any time by disconnecting your accounts and closing your account. To end an organization’s plan, delete the organization (see section 5A).
We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where use puts the service or other customers at risk, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and describe any material change so returning visitors can see what moved. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of California will have jurisdiction, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms go to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days.
