About us

Built for the people doing the work.

Small businesses don’t need more software to operate. They need the work handled. So we built something you hand jobs to, that shows you what it did and what it cost, and that knows when to stop and ask.

Why we built this

Small businesses get buried in the constant work.

Not in the hard things. In the constant ones: the inbox that refills overnight, the orders that need chasing, the same five questions from customers answered again. None of it is difficult. All of it is relentless, and it lands on the same two or three people.

Hiring is slow, and the work rarely justifies a salary. Most software gives you a nicer screen to do the work on. Automation tools hand you a blank canvas and a manual.

So we built a crew you hand jobs to. When one crew member turns into a handful, it takes the shape you already think in: departments, roles and a limit on each.

Our principles

What we build around

  • You hand over jobs

Setup is describing what you want done, not wiring boxes together.

  • It stops and asks

You can trust it with real work because it waits for you on the decisions that matter.

  • Costs are visible per job

Every run shows its cost, so the monthly total isn’t a surprise.

  • Your accounts stay yours

Connections are encrypted for each customer. Nobody browses your inbox.

Straight answers

What we won’t claim

  • It doesn’t replace your staff

It takes repetitive work off the people you already have, so they can spend their time on what only they can do.

  • It isn’t meant to run unsupervised

Anything that needs judgment waits for you. A crew that never asks is a crew you can’t trust.

  • We don’t promise results we can’t show

No invented numbers, no borrowed logos. What’s on this site is what the product does today.
