Who we are
TirelessCrew is a managed automation service operated from California, United States. This policy covers our website at tirelesscrew.com.
Questions about this policy, or requests about your personal information, go to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Our application at app.tirelesscrew.com is a separate service. The account data you create there, the credentials you connect and the jobs your crew runs are governed by the terms and privacy notice you accept when you create an account.
Information we collect
Information you give us
If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you enter. This is stored in our website database and emailed to us so we can reply. We use it only to answer your enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted support.
Information collected automatically
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_WSD7GFFYW1 and collects your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view.
Security and delivery. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to route traffic, block attacks and keep the site available. Cloudflare Insights collects aggregate performance measurements.
Spam prevention. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and behaviour signals to tell people from bots. Its use is subject to Google’s own privacy policy and terms.
Fonts. Some typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from fonts.googleapis.com and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
We do not collect payment information on this website.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the providers that make the site work: Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA), Cloudflare (delivery, security and performance), our web host, and our email provider, which handles contact-form messages.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the security of the service.
How long we keep it
Contact-form enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings. Security logs are kept briefly for troubleshooting.
Reviewing and changing your information
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you contacted us with, tell us what you would like us to do, and we will respond within 30 days.
California residents may have additional rights over their personal information under California law, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. Use the same address and we will handle your request the same way.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for interpreting it, and this site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can still block analytics cookies in your browser, which prevents the measurement described above.
Children
This site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will describe any material change here so returning visitors can see what moved.
