Pricing questions
Why are there two charges?
The plan pays for the organization itself: departments, roles, the Inbox and everything around them. The wallet pays for the work, so a quiet month costs you less than a busy one.
Is there a free trial?
Not right now. You can start with the smallest top-up and one role, and see what each job costs before you add more.
What happens when my wallet runs out?
New work waits until you top up. Nothing runs on credit, and you’ll get an email when the balance gets low.
How do I cancel?
Choose Do not renew in your organization settings. The plan won’t renew at the end of the current period.
What does a custom crew member involve?
We go through the job with you and build a role around it. Setup starts at $149, and after that the role runs from your wallet like any other.
