Trust and control

Hand over the work. Keep the final say.

You should be able to give real work to your crew without watching it. Spending stops at the limits you set, roles on approval ask before they act, and every run is logged.

$49 a month per organization billed yearly ($59 month to month), plus whatever your crew spends from the wallet you top up.

The guarantees

What you can count on

  • It can’t overspend

Your crew works from a wallet you top up. A job’s cost is set aside before it starts, and when a department or role budget is used up, its work stops.

    How budgets work
  • You choose what needs your OK

Some roles ask before they act; others handle routine internal work alone. You decide, role by role. New outreach always waits for you on its first sends.

    How approval works
  • Every job has a receipt

Each run is logged with what came in and what the crew did, and it shows the cost to the cent.

  • You can change any role

Rewrite its job, cut its budget or take back its permission to act alone, whenever you like.

Money

Spending stops where you say it does.

Put monthly budgets on departments and roles, and a ceiling on any single job. Work that would go past a limit doesn’t start.

If you’d rather the wallet never runs dry, turn on auto top-up with a monthly cap. You’ll get an email when the balance is low either way.

  • An estimate before each job and the real cost after
  • Budgets for departments, roles and individual pieces of work
  • Receipts and tax handled at checkout

Approval

Choose what each role can do without asking.

Each role either asks first or accepts routine work by itself, and you decide which. New roles can start on probation, so their first runs wait for you.

Auto-accept is off until you turn it on. Even then it only covers internal work that didn’t touch anything outside TirelessCrew, and a daily digest lists what it let through.

Support access

Our team can’t look in unless you let them.

When you need help, you read our support team a one-time Support Code. Their access lasts up to 60 minutes, and you can end it sooner.

Anything they change shows up under Support activity in your account. Passwords and keys stay hidden from them.

Security

Security and privacy

  • Encrypted connections

Each customer’s connected accounts are encrypted separately. Support can see that a connection exists, but not what’s in it.

  • Two-factor sign-in

Add a second step at sign-in. Sensitive changes ask you to confirm it’s really you.

  • Export or delete your data

Download a copy of your data, or delete your account, from your settings.

  • AI disclosure

Outreach messages say they were written with AI. You can switch that off, but only on purpose.

  • Public status page

Check whether the platform is running normally.

    View status
  • Nothing technical to manage

The app shows your crew’s work and what it cost. You never need to know which engine runs underneath.

Questions about control

Can a crew member send an email without my approval?

Only if you allow it. You set each role to ask first or act on its own, and outreach always needs your approval on its first sends.

What happens when my wallet runs out?

Jobs that haven’t started wait until there’s money in the wallet again. If you’d rather they didn’t wait, turn on auto top-up with a monthly cap.

Who can see my connected accounts?

Nobody at TirelessCrew can read them. Support can only open your setup with a one-time code from you, and only for up to 60 minutes.

Can I see what my crew did last week?

Yes. Every run is logged with what it did and what it cost, and the Live view can replay it.

Start every role on approval.

Once you’ve seen enough of a role’s work, let it act on its own.
