Start with the work that eats your week.
These are the jobs crews do today. Each one can be changed to fit how you work, and if yours isn’t here, ask us.

Inquiries and replies
Replies in the same thread, ready for your approval.
Connect your mailbox and a crew member reads new mail before you do. It sorts each message, catches opt-outs and bounces, and can pass new inquiries to whichever role handles them. Its reply goes back in the same thread once you’ve approved it.
- Any mailbox with IMAP and SMTP works
- Follow-ups go to the role that owns the conversation
- Send-only mode lets a role write as a real person, with replies coming to you
Hi, do you deliver on Saturdays? I need the order before Monday.
Prospecting and outreach
Find customers and follow up without the slog.
Describe the customers you’re after. A role finds prospects, writes to them from its own mailbox and follows up. For now, prospect search covers US businesses only.
- A daily sending cap for each mailbox, with a warm-up period
- A one-click unsubscribe link in every message
- Your approval on the first sends
- Messages say they were written with AI unless you choose otherwise
- People who wrote to you first are never cold-pitched

Content for your website
Blog posts drafted and saved for you to check.
A content role writes posts for your WordPress site and saves them as drafts. The first few wait for your approval. It saves no more than two a day, and it checks your site first so it doesn’t repeat something you’ve already covered.
Weekly reporting
Your traffic numbers, summarized every week.
Connect Google Analytics and Search Console by signing in with Google. A reporting role reads the figures on the day you pick and sends you a short summary by email or Slack.
- Google Analytics
- Search Console
Answers from your documents
Customer questions answered from your own material.
Upload your policies, price lists and product notes to a knowledge base, and your crew answers from them. Put a chat on your website and visitors get the same answers. You set a daily spending limit and choose which sites can use it.
- Up to eight knowledge bases per crew member
- Download any document, or all of them at once
- The chat remembers the conversation if a visitor refreshes the page
Can I return something I bought three weeks ago?
Yes. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. I can send you the return form now.

And beyond
More jobs crews take on
Store busywork
Connect a WooCommerce store and a role can look up orders, products and customers, add order notes, update stock and pull a sales report.
Keeping watch
Point a role at something to check on a schedule. When something new turns up, it deals with it without being asked.
Results where you work
Finished work can go to an email address, a Slack channel, or your own systems through a webhook.
Built for your process
Nothing here fits? We’ll build a custom crew member around the way you work. Setup starts at $149.
