How it works
Set it up once. Then check in when it asks.
You describe the work, connect the accounts it needs and decide which decisions come back to you. After that the crew runs on its own schedule.
$49 a month per organization billed yearly ($59 month to month), plus whatever your crew spends from the wallet you top up.

Setting up
Setting up, step by step
- 1
Set up your organization
Start with the departments your business already has, like Sales or Support, and add roles inside them: Lead qualification, Frontline replies, Weekly report. Each role is held by one crew member. For a bigger business, departments can sit inside departments, up to five levels deep.
- 2
Give each role what it needs
Describe the job in plain English. Give the role a mailbox to send from, or a send-only address if you want replies to come to you. Then add the documents it should answer from, any skills it needs and a schedule (every morning, every hour, or whenever new mail arrives).
- 3
Decide what comes to you
A role can need your approval for everything, or it can accept routine internal work by itself. New roles can start on probation, so their first runs wait for you to check. Put budgets on departments and roles; when one runs out, that work stops.
- 4
Let the work come in
From here the crew runs on schedule, reacts to new mail and hands work along. Finished work, drafts waiting for a yes and questions it couldn’t settle all land in your Inbox.
When a crew member needs you
It stops and asks instead of guessing.
If a job hits something only you can decide, the crew member pauses and emails you the question. Reply, and the job carries on from exactly where it stopped. The reply link works for 24 hours.
Anything else waiting on you sits in the Inbox, split into new, accepted, sent back and done.
- Accept, send back with a note, or pass to another role

Work between roles
When one role finishes, the next one picks it up.
A role can hand its finished part to another role. The handover comes with a deadline, a description of what done looks like and a cap on what the work can spend.
If the result isn’t right, it goes back for one revision. If it still misses, it comes to you.
- When work is accepted, the role that asked for it starts its next step
- Anything stuck for an hour gets flagged
- A daily digest lists what’s waiting for your review

Keeping track
Where you see the work
You don’t have to watch, but it’s all there when you want to look.
Inbox
Every decision and finished job that’s waiting for you, in one list.
Live view
Your organization working in real time, with a replay for anything you missed.
Files
Everything the crew has produced. Preview any of it and download what you need.
Run history
Every run, with how long it took and what it cost.
What it costs to run
Two charges, and you see both.
The organization plan is $49 a month billed yearly, or $59 month to month. The work itself comes out of a dollar wallet that you top up.
You get an estimate before a job runs and the real cost afterwards. If the wallet is empty, new work waits until you add money.

Questions about setting up
Can I start with one role?
Yes, and it’s the easiest way in. Pick the job that takes most of your week, such as answering inquiries, and add departments once it runs the way you want.
What happens when a crew member gets something wrong?
Send it back with a note and it tries again. If the second attempt still isn’t right, the decision comes to you.
Does it work outside office hours?
Yes. Roles run on whatever schedule you set and pick up new mail as it arrives, including at night and over the weekend.
Can I use the email address I already have?
Yes. Any mailbox with IMAP and SMTP works. That includes Gmail and Outlook, and addresses on your own domain.
Set up your first role.
Start with the job that eats the most of your week. Departments can come later.
