AI help for small businesses
Hand off the office work that never ends.
TirelessCrew gives your business an AI crew. Give it a job in your own words, like “answer customer emails from my price list” or “send me last week’s website numbers every Monday”. The crew does the work, and you decide what it may do without asking you first.
Gmail and Outlook connect with their own sign-in. No code to write.
Hi, do you deliver on Saturdays? I need the order before Monday.
Works with
- Gmail
- Outlook
- Any email account
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- WordPress
- WooCommerce
- Slack
Sound familiar?
The work that piles up while you’re busy.
Each of these is a job the crew can take on today.
Emails wait until you have time
Enquiries from the weekend sit until Monday. The crew replies when they write, from your price list and policies, and brings you anything only you can decide.
The same questions, every day
Give it your FAQs, prices and policies. It answers by email and in a chat on your website.
“Where is my order?”
Connected to your WooCommerce store, it looks the order up and answers.
No time to find new customers
Describe the customers you want. It finds matching businesses, writes to them and follows up, and the first messages wait for your OK. It covers businesses in the United States today.
The blog never gets written
It writes posts and saves them as drafts in WordPress. You publish the ones you like.
Analytics you never open
On the day you choose, it emails you what changed on your website, in plain words.
If a job repeats and you can explain it, the crew can probably do it.
More examplesOne job, start to finish
Here’s what handing off your customer email looks like.
- 1
You explain the job once
“Answer customer emails. Use our price list and the areas we cover. Ask me about anything to do with refunds.”
- 2
You connect your mailbox
Gmail and Outlook use their own sign-in screen, so you never give us your password. Any other email account connects with its server details.
- 3
An email arrives at 9:40 at night
The crew writes a reply from your price list and keeps it for you.
- 4
In the morning, it’s waiting in your Inbox
Press Send this reply, change a word first, or answer the person yourself.
Once you trust it with a kind of email, let it answer those on its own. Anything about money, prices or promises can still come to you first.

Three steps to your first finished job
- 1
Tell it about your business
Describe it in a chat, answer a few questions, or start from a ready-made setup. It suggests the jobs to hand off. Nothing is set up until you press Create.
- 2
Connect your accounts
Your email, and Google or your store if a job needs them. Gmail, Outlook and Google connect with a sign-in; a store takes a key, and the help pages show where to find it.
- 3
Approve the first pieces of work
Set each job to wait for your OK at first. When it keeps getting it right, let it run on its own.
Rather we set it up for you? Tell us the job in the app. We reply within two business days with a price, and nothing is charged unless you accept it. Custom setup starts at $149.
Staying in charge
You stay in charge
You decide what it may do on its own
Set any job to ask before it sends or changes anything, and loosen that once you trust it.
How you stay in chargeIt stops at the limit you set
Give any job a monthly spending limit, and new work doesn’t start once it’s reached. Nothing new starts when your balance is used up, either.
You can see everything it did
Every piece of work is kept with what came in, what it did and what it cost, to the cent.
Nobody looks in without you
Our support team can open your account only with a one-time code you give them, and only for up to an hour.
Pricing
What it costs
$49 a month, billed yearly, or $59 month to month. That’s for your business account. The work itself is paid from a balance you top up.
A balance you top up
Add $15, $40 or $150 at a time. The crew’s work is paid from it.
Every job shows its cost
Each piece of work shows what it cost, so the bill doesn’t surprise you.
Limits you choose
Give each job a monthly limit if you want one. You can change it at any time.
You can set up your business and see every job before you pay for the plan. There’s no free trial.

Questions people ask first
What is TirelessCrew, in plain words?
AI help that takes on repetitive office work for your business, such as answering emails, following up, writing drafts and sending reports. You decide what it may do without checking with you.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You explain each job in your own words, the way you’d explain it to a new employee. Connecting an account usually means signing in. If you’d rather not set it up yourself, we can build it for you, from $149.
Will it email my customers without me knowing?
You decide. Set a job to hold every reply for your OK, and nothing goes out until you approve it. Every message it sends is kept, so you can read what went out.
What if it gets something wrong?
Change the reply before it goes, or send the work back with a note. You can also rewrite the job’s instructions at any time.
What do I need before I start?
The email account it should use, and the documents it should answer from, such as your price list, FAQs or policies.
Is it a chatbot?
It can put a chat on your website. Most of its work happens out of sight, in your email and other accounts, and the results come to you.
Does it replace my staff?
No. It takes repetitive work off the people you already have. A person still makes the decisions that matter.
What will I pay in my first month?
$59 for the month (or $588 if you choose a year), plus what you put in your balance, from $15. New work doesn’t start once your balance is used up, or once a job reaches a monthly limit you set. See the pricing page.
